Industry development centre of Leningrad region is a regional support institute created in 2017 in order to support the increasing of regional industrial enterprises competitiveness. Industry development centre helps those enterprises which want to increase their competitiveness, to increase production volumes, to reduce costs, to find new partners, to increase the sales both on domestic and international markets, to implement the principles of lean manufacturing, to get measures of state and regional support.Industry development centre includes three structural units: the center of cluster development, the export support center, the regional competence center:1. The center of cluster development creates conditions for effective interactions between participating enterprises in the interests of development territorial clusters and realization cooperative cluster projects.2. The export support center provides consulting and organizational support aimed at the development of export of small and medium-sized businesses of Leningrad region.3. The regional competence center supports enterprises in facilitating increasing of labour productivity.fgd
